PROVIDED BY A CATHOLIC PSYCHIATRIST SHARING CATHOLIC INFORMATION
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in reparation for my sins, for the intentions of all our associates, and in particular for the intentions of our Holy Father for this month.

Tremendous Value of The Holy Mass
(To Jesus through Mary through Joseph)
by St. Leonard
At the hour of death the Holy Masses you have heard devoutly will be your greatest consolation.
God forgives you all the venial sins which you are determined to avoid. He forgives you all your unknown sins which you never confessed. The power of Satan over you is diminished.
Every Mass will go with you to Judgment and will plead for pardon for you.
By every Mass you can diminish the temporal punishment due to your sins, more or less, according to your fervor.
By devoutly assisting at Holy Mass you render the greatest homage possible to the Sacred Humanity of Our Lord.
Through the Holy Sacrifice, Our Lord Jesus Christ supplies for many of your negligences and omissions.
By piously hearing Holy Mass you afford the Souls in Purgatory the greatest possible relief.
One Holy Mass heard during your life will be of more benefit to you than many heard for you after your death.
Through Holy Mass you are preserved from many dangers and misfortunes which would otherwise have befallen you. You shorten your Purgatory by every Mass.
During Holy Mass you kneel amid a multitude of Holy Angels, who are present at the Adorable Sacrifice with reverential awe.
Through Holy Mass you are blessed in your temporal goods and affairs.
When you hear Holy mass devoutly, offering it to Almighty God in honor of any particular Saint or angel, thanking God for the favors bestowed on him, etc., etc., you afford that Saint or Angel a new degree of honor, joy and happiness, and draw his special love and protection on yourself.
Everytime you assist at Holy Mass, besides other intentions, you should offer it in honor of the Saint of the day.

The Last Judgment of Man
The four last things should be preached often and meditated upon frequently: death, judgment, heaven, and hell. Father explains the particular and final judgment, and how we must diligently prepare for these inevitable ends.
Purgatory can be Avoided
Fr. Elias reads from the writings of the saints to show that, although it truly is possible to avoid purgatory altogether and go straight to heaven, few manage to do so. One of the best ways to avoid it is to trust in the mercy of God.
"AS OUR LIVES HAVE BEEN, SO ALSO WILL BE OUR END."
Both Heaven and hell are competing for our souls. Our Lady wants Her Immaculate Heart to be our refuge and our assurance of reaching our Heavenly homeland.
Mass: Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary - Solemnity
"Jesus tells us to be in the world but not of the world."
Other religions are completely of this world (paganism, deism), project this world into the higher reality (Islam), or reject this world (Buddhism). Jesus gives us the paradoxical precept of being in the world but not of it.
By world, He means the human community living like this world is all there is, with pride and sensuality ruling. This is what we do instinctively as fallen humanity. But this is the world that Jesus came into, and it was to us He came. He came because it was the will of His Father that He do so. And this is how we live in the world but not of it, by doing the will of God. We find and approve what is good in the world without surrendering to it, God sends us out into the world with a mission, and be being faithful to this we resist getting pulled under. We need to walk in faith and obedience, like Peter on walking on the water. And we must pray, and pray much, else we will sink and die. For it is only by the grace of God that we are able to hold to His will and resist the grasping tentacles of this passing world.
“As everyone knows, the past years have been very challenging for the Church in America,” he said, acknowledging in turn other significant events, including Pope Francis' visit to the U.S. He stressed the need to pray “that the United States of America will protect our freedom, especially our religious liberty, as well as respect the human right to conscientious objection, and that we will be courageous in always defending the freedom to put our Catholic faith into practice without fear." “This is an age when we need great courage—courage to stand up for the Truth, even when we are not understood, or persecuted when we are understood. We need to be strong in the face of evil.”

Prayer to the
Jesus, Mary and Joseph,
in you we contemplate
the splendor of true love;
to you we turn with trust.
Holy Family of Nazareth,
grant that our families too
may be places of communion and
prayer, authentic schools of the Gospel
and small domestic churches.
Holy Family of Nazareth,
may families never again experience violence, rejection and division;
may all who have been hurt or scandalized find ready comfort and healing. Holy Family of Nazareth,
make us once more mindful
of the sacredness and inviolability
of the family, and its beauty in God’s plan. Jesus, Mary and Joseph,
Graciously hear our prayer.
AMORIS LAETITIA by POPE FRANCIS
O God Almighty Father from Whom all good things come, grant that we, who call on You in our need, may at Your prompting discern what is right, and by Your guidance do it. Through Our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, Who lives and reigns with You in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever amen. Collect, 10th week in ordinary time, Daily Roman Missal
Prayer for the Protection of
O Almighty, Eternal God, look upon the face of your Son, and for love of Him who is the Eternal High Priest, have pity on your priests. Remember, O most compassionate God, that they are but weak and frail human beings. Stir up in them the grace of their vocation, which is in them by the imposition of the Bishop's hands. Keep them close to you, lest the enemy prevail against them, so that they may never do anything in the slightest degree unworthy of their sublime vocation. O Jesus, I pray for your faithful and fervent priests; for your unfaithful and tepid priests; for the lonely and desolate priests; for your young priests; for your dying priests; for the souls of your priests in purgatory. But above all, I commend to you the priests dearest to me; the priests who baptized me; the priests at whose Masses I assisted and who gave me your Most Holy and Precious Body and Blood in Holy Communion; the priests who taught and instructed me or helped and encouraged me; all the priests to whom I am indebted in any other way, O Jesus, keep them all close to your Heart, and bless them abundantly in time and eternity, Amen.
English translation of
Pange Lingua (Gregorian Chant Lyrics)
by St. THOMAS AQUINAS
Of the glorious Body telling,
O my tongue, its mysteries sing,
And the Blood, all price excelling,
Which the world's eternal King,
In a noble womb once dwelling
Shed for the world's ransoming.
Given for us, descending,
Of a Virgin to proceed,
Man with man in converse blending,
Scattered he the Gospel seed,
Till his sojourn drew to ending,
Which he closed in wondrous deed.
At the last great Supper lying
Circled by his brethren's band,
Meekly with the law complying,
First he finished its command
Then, immortal Food supplying,
Gave himself with his own hand.
Word made Flesh, by word he maketh
Very bread his Flesh to be;
Man in wine Christ's Blood partaketh:
And if senses fail to see,
Faith alone the true heart waketh
To behold the mystery.
Therefore we, before him bending,
This great Sacrament revere;
Types and shadows have their ending,
For the newer rite is here;
Faith, our outward sense befriending,
Makes the inward vision clear.
Glory let us give, and blessing
To the Father and the Son;
Honour, might, and praise addressing,
While eternal ages run;
Ever too his love confessing,
Who, from both, with both is one.
R. Thou hast given them bread from heaven.
V. Having within it all sweetness.
Let us pray: O God, who in this wonderful Sacrament left us a memorial of Thy Passion: grant, we implore Thee, that we may so venerate the sacred mysteries of Thy Body and Blood, as always to be conscious of the fruit of Thy Redemption. Thou who livest and reignest forever and ever.

The Church, the True Israel
The parable of the vineyard is a condemnation of the leaders of Israel. The vineyard will be taken from them and given to others. The Catholic Church is the true Israel; Catholics are spiritual children of Abraham. The God of peace will be with us. Our Lady of Fatima has come from Heaven to show us the way.
"Blessed the Nation Whose God is the Lord."
“In America, we are blessed to practice our faith without persecution. We live in a great country where we can go to church and we are not persecuted like in so many other places in the world. This is the beauty of religious freedom,” said Greg Stormans.
